Welcome to Covalent.

At Covalent, we believe that science can move faster; that researchers can spend less time wrangling data and more time making discoveries. We believe that machine learning is the future of biology, and that the world’s biological data are a vast untapped resource. This is why we are creating a centralized Discovery Engine for the biological and biomedical sciences, built by standardizing exabytes of poorly documented public data. Through this platform we aim to serve as a springboard—helping scientists launch new projects, forge new collaborations, develop new tools, and generate new insights. Ultimately, our goal is to transform biosciences research at every stage, from basic science to drug discovery and clinical trials.
